EDUCATION • ADVOCACY • COMMUNITY
Finding your voice.
Challenging what isn’t working.
Building something better.
My work has always been rooted in a simple belief: when people have knowledge, a voice, and a community behind them, change is possible.

What Grounds
My Work
Education, advocacy, and community have shaped both my professional work and my personal journey.
They are not separate parts of my life.
Together, they are how I have learned to understand systems, find my voice, and help create something better.
EDUCATION
Knowledge changes what we believe is possible.
ADVOCACY
Finding your voice—and using it when something needs to change.
COMMUNITY
None of us finds our way alone.
My Work in Practice

FAMILIES & EDUCATION
I work alongside families to navigate educational systems, understand their options, and advocate for what their children need to thrive.
ADVOCACY &
SYSTEMS CHANGE
I bring families, communities, and institutions together to challenge barriers, elevate lived experience, and build more responsive systems.

COMMUNITY & LEADERSHIP
I create spaces where people can connect, participate, and lead—because lasting change is built with communities, not simply for them.

Finding My Voice
My work has taught me the power of helping others find their voice. My own life taught me what it means to lose mine—and what it takes to find it again.
Today, I speak openly about survival, healing, advocacy, and the complicated journey of rebuilding a life on your own terms.

“Be the change you wish to see in the world.”
